Fruit and Damafro Cottage En Papillote
Cut 4 large squares of heavy aluminum foil and divide fruits between each square. On each mound of fruit, add 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. maple syrup and 4 tbsp. Damafro Cottage cheese. Divide fresh mint equally between each serving. Close foil around fruit mounds, making a tight seal. Bake in preheated 400 °F (205 °C) oven for 10 minutes or in preheated BBQ set at medium for 10 minutes with lid shut.
